Sandos Cancun All Inclusive - Adults Only Hotel

The beachfront location and infinity pool with water activities were enjoyable. Friendly staff like Geisel made our stay fun. The restaurant servers were helpful, especially at Zango and Seasons. But limited sun loungers and slow service were noticeable drawbacks.

I was travelling with my sister and had asked for a two-bed room, but when I arrived I was given a room with a double bed. I stayed 6 nights and it was only on the fourth night that they changed my room. The second room was older, smaller and didn't look as neat as the first one.

Everything else was perfect.

The noise of the generators of the hotel next door, the rooms are not well insulated (no double glazing).

The food was top-notch with delish options like pizza by the pool and veggie breakfast selections. The infinity pool and beach vibe were chill - lots of water aerobics and beachfront fun. However, it was a tad confusing at first about the restaurant setup, and the check-in process was a bit slow with only two staff members on duty. 🌴

The hotel is perfect for a romantic stay, to rest, relax and enjoy the beach. The staff is always smiling and caring! There is animation but not too much, just enough to entertain! The variety of restaurants is a plus: à la carte, buffet!

Not all restaurants are open at the same time... too bad! But that's probably because it was low season.

Some back rooms face the noise of machinery from the neighbouring hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed a pleasant stay at Sandos Cancun All Inclusive. While some areas need improvement, the staff, location, and restaurants like Fred's and the Japanese spot stood out. The rooms offer a lovely ocean view, and the employees are genuinely friendly. Overall, a relaxed getaway. Gracias.

Magnificent hotel, courteous and attentive staff, very nice equipment (swimming pools, beds and parasols). In all inclusive it is simply an ideal hotel. The customers are rather posed people, couples... it breathes the good mood. Having known other hotels too noisy this one is a reference.

The breakfast and lunch buffet was a bit sketchy it's a pity it could have been more but the steak house and Asian grill are really good for dinner.

I can't recommend Sandos Cancun enough! The beautiful beach, fantastic rooms, and top-notch employees truly made our wedding unforgettable. While there were some issues with check-in and room amenities, the friendly staff made up for it. The food and drinks were excellent, but the cocktails could use improvement. Overall, a lovely stay on a beautiful property with helpful staff.

We liked the infrastructure of the hotel: the room, pools, restaurants and bars. tranquility of the beach area and treatment of the staff.

As a young couple we feel a difference in the level of care compared to older marriages. In spite of the posters and bins that the hotel puts up, we found several glasses and other plastics on the shore and in the sea.

The staff were super friendly. Would DEFINITELY go back, even better in person! 😍🏖️

lunch and dinner buffets weren't very often the same and it's cold! There's a ventilation problem in the bathrooms and it's a pity the fridge is placed in the middle of the room and light is disturbing when it's on all night long! It's a pity that the swimming pool where the jacuzzi is is not warmer!

Nice hotel, quiet, no kids. Ideal for couples! The hotel has old facilities but of excellent quality. The food is delicious, the beach very nice. It is not a luxury hotel, but it met my expectations according to the price.

The plants and garden lack care and maintenance, and a little bit of life outside (pool area) but the sea is impeccable! It also lacks some 24 hour beach bar. You would have to add the car parking service by the hotel staff.

The infinity pool offered fun activities like water aerobics, thanks to the enthusiastic pool activity staff. The restaurant servers, especially at the breakfast spot, were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The variety of dining options, from buffet to Italian cuisine, provided delicious meals throughout our visit. Overall, the service from the staff was exemplary, and the overall experience was pleasant and relaxing.

We have rarely had an all-inclusive of this quality. catering is excellent and choice is very varied. We have access to several restaurants. Japanese is a real show in itself. swimming pools are beautiful, sunbeds very pleasant, beach is magnificent. service in general is good.

Unfortunately an invasion of algae prevented us from taking full advantage of the sea. We compensated with the swimming pool.

Really an experience I would repeat. It's right on the beach. The facilities and with very comfortable facilities. The All inclusive system, with a la carte restaurants, is excellent they never tell you no and practically no food is thrown away (As I have seen in other hotels).

As I said it's on the beachfront but not on the "Hotel Zone" avenue. It's difficult to get there the first time (especially without GPS) since there are no signs.

Omg, the room view was breathtaking! 😍 loved the beach access and pool area. Staff was super friendly, shout-out to chris and angelica. Only downside was the room cleanliness. Would stay again for the view! 🌴🌊

The room was spacious. Small terrace with partial sea view. Nice clean and maintained swimming pool. Access to the sea directly from the pool side (lifeguard present at the beach). The bus (12 pesos per person) at 5min walking distance took us to the whole hotel area. The All Inclusive was perfect: mini bar at our disposal, bottle of wine and snack on our arrival, various restaurants à la carte or buffet (very important for allergies or intolerances)! All the staff was warm and friendly.

There are missing sockets on the bed, sockets too far away. The lifts were being repaired: unpleasant noise during the day and interminable waiting (we had to take the stairs a few times: room on the 5th floor ...). )

Sometimes it was difficult to find chairs or beds on the beach or in the pool because people left them with towels and they were unoccupied all day. The hotel should not allow this because it becomes uncomfortable to get a place.

The kids absolutely loved the variety of activities offered, from the kid-friendly pool to the exciting water sports like kayaking and snorkeling. The entertainment team did a wonderful job keeping the children engaged and entertained with their fun and interactive shows, making our family vacation truly memorable.

In my wife's opinion, the kids wished for more diverse options at the children's dining section, especially for picky eaters.

The hotel had efficient check-in, great ocean views, and lovely poolside dining. Despite some minor issues with room amenities and crowded pool areas, overall cleanliness and safety measures were commendable. The varied entertainment and proximity to the beach were highlights, creating a pleasant stay.

The room at Sandos Cancun All Inclusive was amazing! The view of the Caribbean Sea and Laguna Nichupté was breathtaking. The free minibar items and espresso maker were such a nice touch. Plus, the Smart TV and free WiFi made me feel right at home.

Personally, I found the iPod docking station a bit outdated, but I know some people still enjoy using it.

The room was absolutely stunning, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. the beach was breathtakingly beautiful and provided a relaxing escape. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that didn't meet our expectations. the food was generally bland and lacked flavor, and the options for top-shelf liquors were limited.

The hotel is located right on a beautiful, clean beach with turquoise blue waters, where you can enjoy private cabanas. Additionally, it is conveniently situated within walking distance to shopping centers.

The air-conditioning breaking in the room caused water damage and the concierge handled the situation poorly.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated right on the beach that has large waves for an exciting swim, and a short distance to great local restaurants. The resort is ideal for couples with its secluded, adult atmosphere. Those who request a larger room with a balcony are rewarded with comfortable beds and wonderful views of the sea. The facilities, including the spa and friendly staff, provide a luxurious experience for any guest.

Although some guests experienced fantastic service, it is mentioned by a few that the hotel needs to work on their response time, from issues like slow service at poolside to maintenance and housekeeping requests that were not taken seriously.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I felt like royalty. the service was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the Spa & wellness centre was a true highlight, with a sauna and massage services that left me feeling completely pampered. the outdoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and sun terrace was an idyllic place to relax, and the beach access made it easy to take a stroll along the beautiful coastline.

I had a minor issue with the poolside sun loungers; the beach umbrellas and sun loungers were not always available due to high demand.

We loved the comfortable beds and the friendly atmosphere at Sandos. Although there were a few issues with the amenities, the delicious food and freshly blended juices made up for it. we definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent food quality with a variety of restaurants. Friendly and welcoming staff, always willing to help. Clean and well-kept grounds with beautiful infinity pools. Plenty of activities to book through the concierge. Nice beach, although some algae present.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, rooms were clean with great views. Staff was nice and helpful. Beach is clean with warm, blue water. Hotel size is perfect - not too busy. No mosquitos and great restaurants nearby.

The beach at Sandos was absolutely breathtaking. It was the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the housekeeping team to the bartenders and front desk staff. The rooms were fantastic, and the property was well maintained. The food and drinks were excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only drawback was that the food, apart from the pizza, was not of the highest quality. However, this didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

I recently stayed at a wonderful resort for a relaxing getaway. The room was gorgeous, with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The bathroom was also nice and clean. The beach was absolutely stunning, and the resort had plenty of poolside and beachside beds for everyone. Additionally, there were five delicious restaurants to choose from, including an excellent Hibachi grill. The staff was friendly and resourceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The freshly blended juices at breakfast were a delightful treat. our trip was amazing, thanks to the outstanding service at Sandos.

Our Christmas vacation at this hotel was amazing! the location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the ocean from our room. the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered an all-inclusive package, allowing us to enjoy unlimited drinks and food throughout our stay. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the entertainment provided by the hotel, with great music and shows that kept us entertained throughout the evening.

the communication with the hotel was a bit difficult, with slow responses to phone calls and emails.

I recently stayed at Sandos Cancun for my honeymoon and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel is new, modern, and clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The gourmet food is outstanding, surpassing even the best luxury restaurants. From the buffet to the pool bar, the food is delicious and diverse. The Seasons restaurant offers an incredible a la carte menu for lunch and dinner with high-quality ingredients. As honeymooners, we received special treatment, including romantic dinners and room decorations. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff, like Laurencido, Severiano, and Mario.

I can only recommend this hotel.

The hotel's elegant and minimalist style, with European design touches and old Spanish influences, created a welcoming atmosphere that I truly appreciated. The general areas, including the shaded patio with hammocks, provided lovely spots for relaxation, and the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with easy access to facilities and comfortable seating options, making it ideal for a senior guest like myself.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is for the children working there to pay more attention to detail in the room service.

The elegantly minimalist style of the hotel made me feel like a character in a Bond movie, sipping a martini by the infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The luxurious spa with its waterfall hot tub and Swiss showers was an oasis of relaxation, melting away my stress like ice cream on a hot day.

Inconsistent service responsiveness.

I selected this hotel for attending an assembly because it provides featured amenities such as a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. These facilities were convenient and contributed positively to my work experience during my stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. Unfortunately, the internet speed and reliability at the hotel were not up to par for conducting my business activities effectively.

I keep coming back for the excellent service and beautiful beach. On my first stay, the staff helped with luggage. This place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi and a fitness studio. I'm excited to return for Christmas.
